Superbowl 2012 RSVP Form
Please use this form to RSVP for the Superbowl Spaghetti Dinner 2012 on February 5th, 2012.
- Adult Dinner - $8
- Children under the age of 10 attend for free.
Show up around 4:00 PM. Dinner will be served starting around 4:30 or 5:00 PM and includes salad bar, spaghetti, garlic bread, and dessert.
