Academics

Triangle is the only Fraternity in IFC (Interfraternity Council) to recruit based on a student’s major.  Although our main base of members are from Science, Engineering, and Architecture majors, we also accept members enrolled in the subsidiaries of those 3; namely S.T.E.M. (science technology engineering mathematics).

Triangle men are primarily focused with school work, as necessary with any S.T.E.M focused degree. Education will always be a first, but brotherhood is an immediate second. Triangle members are serious about preparing themselves for their future careers. You can find many of Alumni at local college career fairs. Many even recruit through the University of Toledo!

All men of Triangle Fraternity are enrolled in similar academic majors and because of this our members have an immediate connection to others in their major fields of study, which is ideal when forming study groups, academic support, and professional networking. This allows for all of our upperclassmen to be able to assist the younger members in any school work. Triangle has high expectations of their members to excel in their desired field of study.

To assist in all academic pursuits, the Triangle Fraternity also offers up to $70,000 yearly in scholarships both at the local and national levels for members of the Fraternity.
